I want to express my gratitude for the compassion that your EMT’s demonstrated during this intense stressful relocation of my father to his home.  I know they were comforting my father throughout the entire transportation process from Hospital to the arrival of his destination.  With their guidance and patience we were able to provide my father the comfort and proper oxygen required to keep him calm in his new environment.

Your EMT’s are an example of professional young men and I am sure a reflection of their family.  I am proud to have met them and I hope both of them are very successful in their future endeavors, which they deserve.

We wish everyone a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving.

Hello,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your great service.

On September 23rd we had to make the extremely difficult decision to bring my grandfather home from Scripps Encinitas and allow him to spend his final days in peace in his home. It was an extremely stressful and confusing time for my mother and I, as you can imagine. Your company provided my grandfather’s transport that day. The 2 young men that drove and assisted my grandfather were so helpful and compassionate…. they were lifesavers. They both expressed how close they had been to their own grandfathers and showed the compassion and understanding that my mom and I really needed at that time. They took excellent care of my grandfather and were angels helping my mom and I navigate this transition. I cannot praise them enough. Your company is blessed to have these young men representing you.

My grandfather passed away just 5 hours later, at peace and in the comfort of his own home, with his family by his side. Please pass this along to your EMT’s and let them know what an impact they had on us during this heart-wrenching time in our lives.

Dear Air Care Ambulance, we would like to send our deepest appreciation for the care and transport for our grandmother this morning. She was transported from the hospital to La Costa after an early morning fall.  The team was patient as well as tender with her.  She suffers from advanced dementia, can get easily frustrated with a move such as this; however, the team quietly talked her through the process and she was at ease the entire time.  Thank you so much for all of your efforts.
